Here are the details of three upcoming summer Nei Gong workshops.
Brighton UK
This weekend workshop sis uitable for all levels. We will be working on the awakeniong and intergration of the 6 Directions in our bodies, how they relate to each other and how we experience them in the Five primal animal set.

Listowel, Co Kerry, Ireland
Keith Simpson is returning to Ireland this August to lead another weekend workshop exploring the practise of internal method Nei Gong, Qi Gong and Nei Dan (inner alchemy). The workshop is suitable for all who wish to step in to these amazing transformative arts and to deepen their skills and understanding.
The workshop will be held in the heritage town of Listowel at the Kerry Writers Museum, in the grounds of what remains of Listowel Castle by the banks of the river Feale.

Vienna, Austria
In this workshop in the beauitful city of Vienna we will work with our Yi Jin Jing practice and look at some of our Xing yianimal shapes and Xing Yi Dao (sword) form. All lebvels are welcome to attend.

Chinese New Year workshop 2026 The Fire Horse
We will be celebrating the entrance in to the year of the Fire Horse with a weekend workshop in Brighton. This is open to all and is an opportunity to meet up and practice together at this time of transition. We will also be having a group celebratory meal on the Saturday night.

Vienna
You are welcome to join us for a weekend workshop in Vienna at the beginning of January. We will be working on the integration of the internal martial methods of the school in to our Xing Yi forms. We will be training at the location where the European branch of Internal Intent started 22 years ago.

Late Summer Portugal Retreat
This will be an opportunity to take some time to immerse ourselves in the heart of the Nei Gong work of the school. The Retreat will be suitable for all levels of experience.
Dates – 11th – 15th September (Arrival is on the afternoon of the 11th. We will finish the workshop the morning of the 15th)
Location – QUINTA GALEGAS
The workshop will be held at a beautiful house in the foothills of the mountains about an hour and half drive from Porto.
