Summer workshop in Ireland
Keith Simpson is returning to Ireland this August to lead another weekend workshop exploring the practise of internal method Nei Gong and working with the basics of Ba Gua Zhang. The workshop is suitable for beginners to this work and for more experienced practitioners of these arts who wish to deepen their skills and understanding.
The workshop will be held in the heritage town of Listowel at the Kerry Writers Museum, in the grounds of what remains of Listowel Castle by the banks of the river Feale.

Late Summer Portugal Retreat
This will be an opportunity to take some time to immerse ourselves in the heart of the Nei Gong work of the school. The Retreat will be suitable for all levels of experience.
Dates – 11th – 15th September (Arrival is on the afternoon of the 11th. We will finish the workshop the morning of the 15th)
Location – QUINTA GALEGAS
The workshop will be held at a beautiful house in the foothills of the mountains about an hour and half drive from Porto.
