Online Classes
Our live online classes are held over zoom and can be accessed from the members area. There is a weekly foundations class suitable for beginners to the school and an ongoing Nei Gong class. Whilst definitely not a substitute for live in person classes they are a good resource to help with creating and maintaining a practice as well as to connect and train together with a group. All classes are recorded and available in the class archives in the members area.
Recorded courses are also available in the members area and are presented like our live classes. This gives more of a feeling of an in person class. The Foundations course is available to purchase as a stand alone unit with no need to subscribe to the ongoing classes. This is a good place to start to get a sense of the work that is on offer. It can be useful to repeat these early classes to solidly grasp the content and to ‘hear’ different aspects of the content that you may have missed. The Five Primal Animals and the Ba Dan Jin are available to subscribers to the ongoing classes.
There are opportunities to ask questions during and after the live classes. You can send questions by email and also chat live or submit a question in the monthly Q&A sessions.
The new Live Foundations Class will commence on Tuesday 4th of February 2025 at 7am GMT. The ongoing Nei Gong class is on Wednesdays at 06.30 GMT.
If you have any questions about online training please do contact us.
Subscriptions cost £30/Month. This gives you access to the weekly live class, the archive of all previous classes and the Five primal animals and 8 pieces of silk courses.
The Foundations course is available to purchase for a one off payment of £40.
