Subscribe to our two, weekly Live Classes, Foundations and ongoing. The subscription also gives you access to many hours of class archives and in-depth courses on specific sets including the Five Primal Animals (Wu Xin Qi) and the Eight Pieces of Silk (Ba Duan Jin).
Description
Subscription will give you access to the weekly Live Classes. We have a new ongoing foundations class starting on Tuesday 4th February 2025 at 07.00 – 0800 GMT. The Ongoing class is on Wednesdays at 0630 – 0730 GMT. All classes are recorded and stored in the archives so you are able to go over the material or to follow along with the classes in your own time. If you wish to start the Foundations class it is recommended to do the recorded foundations course first to give you a sense of the work and to ground yourself in the basic concepts. With the subscription you will also gain access to many hours of class archives and in-depth courses on specific Qi Gong sets including the Five Primal Animals (Wu Xin Qi) and the Eight Pieces of Silk (Ba Duan Jin).
